Minimum orders are $100

All wholesale drop-ship orders are shipped UPS or FEDEX from our warehouse in Salinas, CA.

Current lead times are 3-5 business days after order is placed.

Payment for all purchases must be cleared at the time of shipment unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance by Purple Pastures Lavender Farm, Inc. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and checks. A $20 charge will be assessed for all returned checks. To establish terms with our company, please inquire at wholesale@ppl.farm.

Yes, we are very familiar with EDI programs, for ease of ordering and invoicing. Email us at wholesale@ppl.farm and let’s chat about your EDI options.

Please report all damages and shortages immediately to the carrier. Email a description and photos of damaged product to wholesale@ppl.farm within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We will credit or replace the damaged item.

We must approve your website if you are selling our products online. We prohibit sales of our product on auction sites and distribution of our products through fulfillment centers.

Returns will be accepted only with the authorization of Purple Pastures Lavender Farm, Inc. There will be a 20% restocking fee on any order approved for return. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
